Suleiman

Queer artist. Trans artist.

Suleiman is a producer, DJ, and graphic artist local to Philadelphia. Since 2015, they have incorporated their glitchy/liminal inspirations and Tunisian heritage to inform their creative process. Expect uncanny samples, polyrhythmic percussion and ambient synth passages blended into their live sets. As a queer neurodivergent person, expressing themselves through concepts like glitching/ambience and the uncanny valley allows for a connection to others without the need for words. Expressing their agender identity carries the same weight in their artistic process.
