Welcome to Queer Dance Philly, your cheat sheet for finding the next move.
Queer Dance Philly pieces together queer artists, parties, and venues so you don’t have to scour the internet just to get your groove on. It’s intended for discovery: to find a party you didn’t know about, an artist you haven’t heard yet, or maybe meet someone new.
QDP is also the force behind Melt, a sexy, sapphic dance party built around the concepts of groove, glimmer, and grind. See @melt.phl on Instagram for details.

See you out there!
Melt is a warm, sensual, sapphic and trans-forward club night built around groove, glimmer, and grind. Intimate without being slow and sexy without being performative, it’s a space for giving yourself permission to dance close, be bold, and see where the night takes you.
Expect funky house basslines, glitchy electronica, and physical club rhythms in a high-energy night that’s sure to leave you spent.
The night is what you make it.
Emerging from a smoke filled, heavily tinted haze is SLIM CORVELLI, spinning vinyl sounds you never knew you wanted or needed to hear. A set feels like a psychedelic trip that makes you want to groove and move, shake and think, all while never leaving the comfort of your seat. 'There's a surreal aspect, as if Salvador Dalí was spinning vinyl.' Combining Dub effects, guitar pedals, vinyl juggling, and loop sampling it's a stereo sonic experience that can be copied but not replicated.
